At Earth Day 661, we believe the power to care for our planet already lives within our

community. “Our Power, Our Planet” is a reminder that protecting the Earth doesn’t

require perfection - just participation. The choices we make every day, from how we shop

and create to how we gather and teach the next generation, shape the future of our planet.

Earth Day 661 is where those choices come to life. Through hands-on activities,

recycled art, local and sustainable vendors, interactive installations and community

storytelling, we celebrate the collective impact of small actions done together.

This festival isn’t about doing everything all at once, it’s about doing something.

When families, creatives, businesses and neighbors come together with

intention, even the simplest actions can spark meaningful change.

Earth Day 661 was created in 2014 to support and enrich the local community

with awareness to the simple ways we can all be more sustainable

while protecting and enjoying our beautiful planet together.

 

Our annual festival is a free, family friendly event that allows us to connect the

community with local environmental organizations and eco-conscious

small businesses who work all year long to help keep our earth happy.​

​

We aim to inspire attendees to take meaningful steps toward improving

both personal and community wellbeing. A major key focus has

always been to get children outdoors in nature to help

them think beyond their usual surroundings and become

little stewards for our ever-changing planet.​
